I’d like to know some non-invasive treatments, something that you have tried and worked…creams, medication etc

i’m in school and i write a lot. my hands sweat all the time! anyone have a really simple solution? i don’t have a lot of stuff to use during school…so…something simple. thanks.

your problem lies in the fact that your body releases heat threw its most outer extremities,you need to cool your whole body,not just your hands,so thin socks,short sleeved tops etc,hair up if you have long hair.I also believe strongly in slow deep breathing,this will help your circulation which will cool you down by getting blood to all your body especially your brain,this may help in the reduction of any stress,remember to avoid all chemicals to your hands as much as possible,save the lotions for Friday afternoon.Hope this helps……if problems persist e-mail me.

I’ve tried almost every deodorant/antiperspirent (Have used Secret, Lady Speed Stick, Currently using Degree Girl) and I try to wear sleeveless shirts everyday, but whenever I wear t-shirts it stains my clothes and it’s really embarrassing. Besides those things, what can I do to try to prevent sweaty armpits?

i have the same thing!!
what u need to do is take and of the deodeorants and some baby powder to put under ur armpit. just rub together
also shave regularly

Thats what i do and now i’m always dry!!
