My husband sweats a LOT on his hands, feet and lower back. It makes his hands and feet always clammy, which is not a huge problem, but it does make him have foot fungus problems, and he gets lots of pimple-type spots where his back sweats, which is really the worst problem. Could this be some kind of hormonal balance or something, and what could fix this? He’s tried foot powders, but that doesn’t prevent the problem, just helps with the wetness some. Help!
