I used to sweat excessively (hyperhidrosis) and it was nothing short of hell.. I’m surprised they don’t devote a lot of time to helping people find cures. The best ways to cure excessive sweating is through DIET. Remember that. I actually learned about it from an ebook (you can find reviews at ) where they discuss all the dietary and natural methods to combat excessive sweating. I’ll give you a hint – spicy food can have harmful effects!
